Whew! It has been a crazy couple weeks. After Thanksgiving, everything seemed to happen at warp speed! Here is what I have been up to:
Decorating the house for Christmas...with little helpers of course. 8 )
A night out with some of my favorite people (missing Troy and Liz!)...we enjoyed dinner and coffee...
Preparing for a local Holiday Craft show--I had my own booth plus Carisa and I hosted booths in our building as well. Of course, leave it to me to come up with some new ideas 2 days before the show...ended up working some pretty late nights, in fact I even pulled an all nighter the night before the show. Hadn't done that in a while!(All of my leftover items are in my etsy shop, link at top of blog):
Setting up the afore-mentioned Etsy shop (130+ items=time consuming!)
Christmas shopping, wrapping presents...
Preparing and ordering our Christmas card...
Prepping for the girls' school Christmas parties...as a mom and as Partners in Learning President (our PTA)...
(I always love the preschool window decorations...too cute!)
Enjoying the 1st Christmas Program of the season...
Wrap-up book club and Bible study meetings (until after the holidays)...
Being on my own for 5 days while my husband is on a business trip in Vegas (no fair!)...
and of course, all of the 'regular' stuff...
On my agenda for the next couple days: I have 30 cards to make for a donation to a silent auction,my December Daily album to work on, which I sadly have not touched yet...(pouty face), and some business planning to do. The month of December is certainly living up to its reputation in this household!
And with that, I will leave you with a more peaceful thought...
Bye!
